First, put the order in context

A customer gets in touch. The order provides the context.

An incoming message is automatically matched to the right order in Billbee. In the sidebar, your team has customer and order data as well as the payment and shipping status at hand.

On the phone, too, you can open the matching order using the integrated search. That way you can clarify questions about the order during the conversation and take existing order comments into account.

Your conversation starts with the order details.

Items and variants in detail

What was ordered when – and in which variant?

When a customer has a question, the individual line item often matters. The item overview shows when a customer ordered which item, in what quantity and in which variant. Comments on the order and its processing also help you trace earlier arrangements.

 • Customer reference Customer data for the matched order
 • Order Order information and processing status
 • Items and variants Order time, quantities and variants
 • Payment Payment information and payment status
 • Shipping Shipping status and linked tracking number

This gives your team the information where it is needed: Right with the customer inquiry.

A preview that fits your needs

Decide what your team sees first.

Even in an email’s field view, you can tell whether related Billbee data is available. For the preview line, you choose which customer, item or shipping information appears there and how much of it.

During setup, you can also decide whether and which order data is transferred to custom fields. That way you adapt the display to the information your service team needs day to day.

 • Build the preview Select customer, item and shipping information
 • Set the scope Decide how many details appear in the preview
 • Use custom fields Transfer selected order data to custom fields

Replies from shared snippets

Prepare the wording once. Answer specific requests.

Recurring questions need reliable answers. Create shared text templates your team can access – for example for questions about shipping or about an order.

The snippets can be filled with current order data from Billbee. That way your team uses shared wording and still refers to the specific order. Before sending, it checks the reply in the context of the request.

 • Prepare wording Create shared text templates for recurring questions
