Functions in detail
Automate your processes with Returnless
Self-service returns form
Your customers simply start their return via a digital self-service form. Smart rules automate the process and special cases can be checked manually by request. This allows you to stay in control, avoid unnecessary returns and speed up the entire process. The returns form is also fully customizable so you can enter all the information you need for efficient returns processing!
Choose your preferred shipping options
Decide for yourself which shipping service providers and return methods you would like to offer. Use your own contracts, the return rates from Returnless or offer returns directly in the store. You can even forward returns to different warehouses or fulfillment centers.
Returns data transmitted to JTL-Wawi
As soon as a return is created, Returnless sends all relevant data to JTL-Wawi (from version 1.10). The pre-announcement gives your warehouse team an accurate overview of incoming returns and expected items. Boxes no longer need to be opened - simply scan the parcel and the appropriate return is automatically called up.
Automatic label creation
Returnless automatically creates return labels and sends them directly to your customers - without any manual effort. Both you and your customers can track every return seamlessly: from dispatch to arrival and processing. This transparency not only improves your logistics, but also the customer experience.
Automatically keep customers up to date
Automatic email updates inform your customers about the current returns status. This reduces queries, speeds up refunds and ensures a smooth post-purchase experience. This creates trust - and increases the chance of repeat orders.
Success Story
Since we started using Returnless, we have significantly more control over our returns. We can also offer our customers various options and collect valuable data in the process. This helps us to avoid returns in the future.

How does Returnless work?
FAQ
From which version of JTL-Wawi is the integration of the returns management software available?
The integration is available from JTL-Wawi version 1.9.
How can my customers create a return via Returnless?
Your customers visit your branded Returnless portal, enter their purchase order ID and email, select the items they want to return, choose a shipping option and submit the form. The return label is created automatically and the returns process starts immediately.
How does the digital returns form work?
The return form is a fully customizable web form. You decide which fields, questions, brand elements, images and shipping providers are displayed. You can even include conditions, photo uploads, dynamic follow-up questions or store pickup options. If desired, the form can be integrated directly into your website.
Can I adapt the returns portal to my branding?
Yes, the portal can be completely customized in your design - with logo, colors, language, images and your own text.
Can Returnless automatically create return labels?
Yes, absolutely. Once a customer submits their return and selects a shipping carrier, Returnless automatically creates the appropriate label and provides it to the customer. You no longer have to send labels manually.
How is Returnless integrated into my ERP?
Returnless connects directly to JTL-Wawi. Purchase data such as customer data, products and images are automatically retrieved and the form is pre-filled accordingly. The return data is then automatically sent back to JTL-Wawi.
Does Returnless support different shipping service providers?
Yes. You can connect all major carriers in Europe – either with your own contracts or via Returnless negotiated rates. You decide which shipping options are displayed to your customers.
How do I optimize my returns with Returnless?
Returns rules & automations: Set conditions to automatically approve, reject or charge fees for returns based on your returns policy.
Analytics dashboard: Keep an eye on return reasons, trends, product return rates and the performance of your carriers - and prevent future returns.
Exchanges & store credit: Offer vouchers if customers want to exchange items. This keeps the turnover in your store, the customer can reorder immediately and there are no technical detours.
